We are a Direct (1 – Tier) Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), Authorized Qualified Multitenant Hoster (QMTH), and Services Provider License Agreement (SPLA) Provider.

What does this all mean? We can not only host your Microsoft products, but provide the licensing for you as well in many different ways.

Direct CSP

Partners purchase Microsoft products and subscriptions directly from Microsoft and sell them directly to their customers through their in-house sales staff. Partners who already operate with, or are willing to develop, the appropriate sales, billing, and support infrastructure may choose the CSP direct model.

QMTH

The Qualified Multitenant Hoster (QMTH) Program authorizes qualified third-party hosting service providers to host customers’ Windows virtual machines via Microsoft Cloud Agreement subscription or Microsoft Volume Licensing on multitenant hardware. The program also authorizes these third-party hosting service providers to host Office 365 ProPlus (including E3 and E5), Project Online Professional, and Visio Pro for Office 365 in shared computer activation (SCA) mode.

What is Shared Computer Activation (SCA)?

SCA is a product activation mode that allows multiple Office 365 ProPlus, Project Online Professional and Visio Pro for Office 365 users to share the same hardware. Office 365 is licensed per user, so SCA helps ensure that users accessing Office 365 ProPlus, Project Online Professional and Visio Pro for Office 365 are licensed appropriately. With this mode, Office 365 ProPlus, Project Online Professional and Visio Pro for Office 365 natively support RDS scenarios and it is no longer necessary to install MSI software as a workaround.

SPLA

With the SPLA, service providers and ISVs can license eligible Microsoft products on a monthly basis, during a three-year agreement term, to host software services and applications for their customers. The SPLA supports a variety of hosting scenarios to help you provide highly customized and robust solutions to a wide set of customers.

Volume Licensing customers can license their server applications on-premises and in the cloud on a qualified service provider's shared hardware environment for specific applications.
